Silver Birch by the River - Mounted Original Watercolour Painting

While the weather was frosty I painted these white silver birch by the icy river. The trees are formed by a water bloom which I later added trunks and branches using white acrylic. I love the soft purplish tones in the shy against the dark indigo below.

This artwork is painted using high-quality watercolours and acrylic inks onto heavy watercolour paper. It has been professionally mounted with an acid-free mount and back and is wrapped in eco-friendly compostable film.

Medium: Professional quality high pigment watercolours. Paper: 100% cotton acid-free and archival watercolour paper approved by the Royal Watercolour Society of Britain. Cut edge.
