Waiting for the Pool to Open Again - Studio Print

I painted this artwork during the pandemic when we were in lockdown and I was thinking about all the empty swimming pools with perfectly still water. No one splashing around or jumping in, just still, quiet water. The original was painted in watercolours, including a special colour called quinacridone pink. Quinacridones are the brightest, boldest colours modern watercolour technology can offer.

This artwork is printed on museum-quality paper using fine art giclée printing techniques. Our prints are high quality, designed to last and are printed in my Ilkley Studio. Please note that some prints have a white border around the print, which you can choose to frame up to, or leave showing when mounted.

All prints are shipped flat and wrapped in acid-free paper.
